Polyethylene Wax (PE WAX), also known as polymer wax, abbreviated as polyethylene wax. Due to its excellent cold resistance, heat resistance, chemical resistance, and wear resistance, it has been widely used. In normal production, this wax can be directly added to polyolefin processing as an additive, which can increase the gloss and processing performance of the product. As a lubricant, it has stable chemical properties and good electrical properties. Polyethylene wax has good compatibility with polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl acetate, ethylene propylene rubber, and butyl rubber. It can improve the flowability of polyethylene, polypropylene, and ABS, as well as the demolding ability of polymethyl methacrylate and polycarbonate. Compared to other external lubricants, polyethylene wax has a stronger internal lubrication effect on PVC.

The lubricant used in plastic processing is to improve the fluidity and mold release of plastics, especially thermoplastics, during processing and molding.The viscosity of polyethylene wax is much lower than that of plastic solution, which can be used as a modifier of plastic solution index.

PE wax can reduce the friction between the plastic material and the machinery and the molecules inside the plastic material during processing, Thereby it improves the processing performance of the plastic and the performance of the products.Due to excellent dispersing performance, pe wax can coat disperse pigments and fillers well to improve product performance.
