Plasticizer: The straighter and longer the molecular chain, the brighter. For example, 1030 is brighter than TOTM, and DOA is brighter than DOP.
Stabilizer: It also has an effect. Generally, those with fast gel formation are brighter.
Process: of course, the high extrusion temperature is brighter than the low temperature, and the good mixing effect is brighter than the poor mixing effect of black powder (such as 50L, etc.): do not exceed 0.8PHR, otherwise, be careful to granulate, and it will not be bright.
PVC polymerization degree: the lower, the brighter, S-60 is brighter than S-70.
Calcium carbonate: the finer the particle size, the brighter the surface is. Light calcium is brighter than heavy calcium, ultra-fine light calcium is brighter than ordinary light calcium, such as CCR501 is brighter than white cherry blossom. Needless to say, the truth of other inorganic functional fillers such as antimony trioxide or aluminum hydroxide is the same. The less the fillers are, of course, brighter than the more fillers.
